Brewbot Eatery & Pub Brewery

Sundays are the most amazing days to relax and unwind with family and friends over some amazing food and drinks. And if you get craft beers and good food then what more can you ask for on Sundays. Sundays can actually become Fundays if we crack the right combination. We did exactly that as we narrowed down our options to this happening place called Brewbot Eatery & Pub Brewery.

These guys boast of a fully stocked bar and also some amazing craft beers which true to its name is amazing and outstandingly delicious with lots of aromas and flavor to it. The ambience was perfect for the Sunday setting with cousins. We chose a place next to a glass window keeping in mind the food pictures we were planning to take.

So we tasted some of the beers first just to know where to start from. They had Skywalker (Kolsch, Germany), Botwork Orange (Belgian Wit, Belgium), Mystery Pale Ale (Pale Ale, U.S.), Floating Head (Hefeweizen, Germany), Draft Punk (India Pale Ale, U.S.) & Black Mamba (Chocolate Oat Cream Stout, U.K.). Loved Botwork Orange the most followed by Skywalker, Mystery Pale Ale, Floating Head and Of Course the Black Mamba (Stout Beer).

We ordered and savored the following:-

Cheesy Masala French Fries: French fries tossed in red chilli powder and topped with some yummy in-house cheesy sauce, served with cheesy sauce.

Eggs Akuri Style on Garlic Crostini: Crostini bread coated garlic and topped with scrambled eggs is worth a treat for your tummy on Sundays.

Harissa Chicken: Tender pieces of chicken marinated in some mouth-watering spices chargrilled was definitely a favorite. It was served with shallots and purple cabbage slaw and lemon wedge.

Scrambled Eggs: Had this for that Sunday-wali feeling.. Nothing much to crib about the dish. Scrambled eggs in the form of patty served with boiled potatoes and 2 slices of toast what more can you ask on a Sunday?

Mac N Cheese Croquets: Crispy on the outside and creamy and cheesy on the inside would be the perfect description for this. Served with Bot sauce.

Chipotle Chicken Pizza: These are 8" pizzas with good amount of toppings like jalapenos, roasted peppers, spring onions and loaded with house cheese and chipotle sauce. Quite a good portion for 3.

Pan Seared Basa: When it comes to fish I become choosy due to my palate preferences. But I love Basa and I can go on eating Basa on any given day. We tried this dish and the just loved the tenderness of the fish. Loved the presentation esp.

Sunny Side Up: This dish was the star attraction for me. This dish has 2 eggs cooked sunny side up and for that matter I will say perfectly cooked and underneath these sunny side eggs you will find absolutely delicious bacon rashers. Drooling at the thought of this still.

Vegetable Paprikash: Hungarian by cuisine. This dish had a lot of red and yellow bell peppers with broccoli cooked in a thick gravy and served with lemon cilantro rice.

Fettuccini: This pasta dish had Fettuccini (flat pasta) sauteed with zucchini tossed in basil herbs and roasted bell pepper cream. Though this dish was good in terms of the flavor, I found it an absolutely okay dish as it was a little bit dry for my palate.

Crispy and Light Waffles: Dessert-time comes and people start ordering what they like the most and we certainly weren't left behind in this race as we had to make the best of our Sunday brunch at Brewbot. We ordered for waffles which was presented dusted with icing sugar and served with maple syrup and chocolate sauce. Quite true to the name the waffles were crispy and felt really good.

Chocolate Brownie: Unlike the normal brownies this was served with warm stout and loaded with Belgian chocolate chips and topped with a good scoop of vanilla ice cream. This definitely hit the spot of dessertgasm for me. Having had this I felt my life on this beautiful Sunday was indeed fulfilled.
