Seven Kitchens - St. Regis, Lower Parel
So finally back with yet another review. This time reviewing Seven Kitchens which is famous for the lavish buffet spread at The St. Regis, Lower Parel. Located on the 9th Mezzanine floor of this building. We started off with the soup and some starters. The turkey and the barbequed chicken was Yummy. Also, there was cheese and crackers. Didn't try it though as had my eyes fixed more on the main course. Also had the cured pepperoni and tried the chicken tikka pizza. Wanted to try the pepperoni pizza but couldn't manage to hog the entire pizza all alone. So gave it a pass.
The main course had Btr Naan and Mutton Rogan Josh and some chicken curry. Loved the preparation of the curries. So helped myself a second and third serving. Then went for some Chicken Dum Biryani and finally some Jeera Rice with Dal Makhani (my favorite). The Dal Makhani was a bit salty and hence not palatable at least for me.
Ordered some mocktails Strawberry Mojito and Kiwi Mojito and I drank multiple glasses of the Kiwi version.
Finally hit the dessert counter and picked up some chocolate cakes and Panna cottas (strawberry was yummy) and Kala Jamuns and some waffles.
All in all, loved the food and ambiance of the place. Would certainly visit again for a Sunday Brunch if they have with alcohol.
