Punjab Grill - R-City Mall, Ghatkopar

Visited this place on a weekend since was looking for some good Punjabi food. Had made the booking via Zomato a day before. Also since had put in a note asking to hold the table for 15 mins as we were watching a movie in the same Mall and we expected the movie to get over by 9ish. Booking was confirmed from Zomato's side. We did not receive any call form the restaurant since we were late and it did seem strange because the last time I had booked via Zomato the restaurant did call to check and confirm the booking.

We reached around 9:18 pm only to find a lot of waiting. I showed the guy the booking on my phone and he assured me that he will get me the table within 10 mins. However, we finally got the table well after 20 mins. The ambiance was nice. A very good place if you have the stomach to eat and eat. The portions served were good enough for 2 people. A good place for families and couples. Ordered for some Masala Papads and Bhatti Da Murgh along with some Red Wine and Chicken Dum ki Biryani with fried papad (had some minor issues with the fried papad, which I was later assured will be taken care). Also ordered for Rasmalai and the dessert-gasmic Litchi ki Tehri.
